that takes place within the framework of the 8th International Danube Festival in Ulm/Neu-Ulm and the European Year for Active Ageing and Solidarity between Generations from 8th to 10th of july 2012 in the congress center Edwin-Scharff-Haus Neu-Ulm.

It is the 6th Conference of the European Network Learning in Later Life (LiLL)and the 1st Conference of the educational Network “Danube-Networkers”. Main objectives of the conference are to provide information on continuing education opportunities for older people in different European countries; to present examples of good practice and to show opportunities for transnational cooperation through intergenerational activities and civic engagement.
